Talvez o médodo setPaymentMethod pudesse ser assim:

 *
 * @return InvoiceBuilder
 */
public function setPaymentMethod(array|string $paymentMethods): InvoiceBuilder
{
    $paymentMethods = is_array($paymentMethods) ? $paymentMethods : [$paymentMethods];
