Editor crash in Safari/Chrome

The visual editor sometimes crash in Safari/Chrome, if the mce_css filter is used and qTranslate is enabled. Changing the timout on line 225 in qtranslate_javascript.php to 500 or higher seems to fix the problem.

As you probably noticed I don't have much time to maintain this fork more than basic integration with my patch. Sorry for the inconvenience.
