Reverse/ForwardSearchHistory should display possible completions using MenuComplete #128

This could use the new MenuComplete functionality to start to display possible completions after that number gets down to a manageable number. It would be nice, as other have suggested, that the possible completions change as you continue to type.

I suppose this would work as a suitable implementation of F7 which at least one person misses with PSReadline.
