Dear Dr. Sawade,
Thank you for the response and pointing the work to me. Yes, my aim is similar. But, I have just started working in the field of seismology and very new to SPECFEM. Moreover, we do not have resources to do intense 3D simulations. Hence, I thought of working with 2D code first and learn the physics and code by doing some analytical problems like Lamb problem. Please kindly point out relevant examples and input files so that I can learn the subject.
Thanks once again and best regards

None of us have personal experience with this, so this may be a better place for this question: https://github.com/orgs/SPECFEM/discussions

Dear Dr. Sawade,
Thank you. I have compiled the code in 8 core machine. I am trying to run the "Case1_Beta160" example of the above mentioned work by you. But it is asking for "interfaces.dat" and "no_cavity.dat" files mentioned in Mesh_Par_file. Can you please help in resolving it.
I would like to run the cases as they are so that I can learn better by comparing with the published results. Can you please kindly help me in this regards. Thank you
