Is it possible to do a on-premisses instalation?

Hello, my name is Daniel and I'm from Brazil.

I work to some humble companies that do not have enough budget to use Azure. Here in Brazil the prices converted from dollars to our currency become too expensive to us.
So I'm using Project Nami in our own servers. We will be very grateful if we are able to speed up our WordPress sites with the NamiBlobCache plugin.

Is it possible to do a on-premisses instalation?

We are using Windows Serve 2012 Standard with SQL Express 2012 on some and SQL Express 2014 on others.

A local installation of Blob Cache isn't possible at this time. Though with the code here on GitHub, you could fork it and change it. The write would need to be changed to a local folder in the plugin, and the read changed in this IIS module. Would need to see if the metadata would work properly with the local file system as well.
