v2.1 Release

Due to recent Google Maps API changes, multiple features in the system were malfunctioning. This release fixes a lot of the issues created (#518, #429). Here is a list of changes made:

• Using v3.26 of Google Maps

• Implemented a new label placement algorithm that models the spherical coordinate system of the panorama. It maintains the position of applied labels while panning.

• Updated the codebase to use this new method. Multiple functions changed e.g. conversion from canvas to image coordinate and vice versa, zooming and few others

• Fixed broken onboarding due to Google's update of new imagery for this location

• Disabled new API feature of motion tracking for touchscreen devices and showing road labels
