Feature Request: Set # of HQ Mats to use per craft in list

Currently, Artisan will max out the number of HQ items per craft.
However, once you reach higher stats, using full HQ mats is unnecessary and adds crafting time.
Some way to specify a recipe to prefer to only use a certain number of HQ mats per craft, or to distribute the current HQ mats as evenly as possible across all crafts would be very helpful (instead of chewing up all HQ mats immediately, and then crafting the latter half of the list with only NQ mats)
