To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Preview a .md file include link.
Left Click and Ctrl+Left Click is inconsistent performance

Left Click:

Ctrl+Left Click:
Will be directly opened by WebView2.

Expected behavior
Not sure if it needs to be fixed, record it first
