When a user is at the top level of the file browser, they are looking at the list of buckets. However, if a new bucket is created, and they hit refresh, the list of buckets is not refreshed. Currently, they have to reload the page. It would be helpful if we could get the refresh button working at the top-most level.

In addition to the above, the refresh and filter features don’t work and also don’t give any user feedback when clicked. For example: clicking refresh after deleting a bucket still continues to display the bucket. Clicking filter has no effect.
The refresh functionality is now working for the list of available buckets - it was implemented in this PR #67. As such, I will close it and open a separate one regarding the problem with the filter feature. Thank you for catching this @sumedha-swamy!
