Reopening a notebook from the running panel doesn't work for jupyter drive managed files. #46

Under the running panel in JupyterLab, if you select the "Kernels" section and view the files attached to the kernels. If you click on a notebook that is in the jupyter-drives, it doesn't reopen as expected.

Interestingly, the "recently closed" section links lower in that panel do work.
