support new backend Sym

I find my new symbolic engine is better in some cases and it doesn't require any modification on current Yao's definition. I'd like to make this to be an alternative with SymEngine (since SymEngine is more robust and powerful at the moment). But a pure Julia engine will allow more customization on our side.
