NullPointerException Error with Terracart Reloaded Installed

Hello, I've tried a variety of different exclusions from the config blacklist, but this error persists. It's very easy to replicate as well, with the latest version of both mods, right-click rails with your hand.

This doesn't cause a crash in singleplayer, but it invalidates the functionality of Terracart, and produces an error in the logs.

For anyone waiting for an official fix from either side, please take a look at my mod Erudite Tweaks, which properly registers the minecart from Terracart, thus allowing the config of RotM to detect it properly.
