This does not include the updated ansatz or advanced circuit building. I'll always try to get the latest model built to exe when I can but its not at the top of my list for this project. |

This fixes the multi-windowed issues and other GUI operational issues.
CMD window is kept to show any concurrent backend while running the exe.
