Quantum Update

I included the ansatz, block, reuploading and qc integrations in the newest update. Keeping true to the original I did not build a representational end so if you change callbacks to try and get values sent back to the program it will just hang. Leave it as it is unless you know what you are doing.
Future update will include this fetch.
