Make new logo template .blend

Summary

Make a .blend file (using the modelers template) to render a new toolbox logo. The logo itself won't be different from our current one, it should actually be very similar.

Goal

The idea behind this is that we lost the source file for our current toolbox logos and this we can't easily make changes to it. By making this logo template we can make new logos based off the original easily at anytime.

The one PN started wasn't compatible with blender. I started making one and have it saved on my PC. I stopped working on the animated toolbox ideas we had because suddenly discord started looping non-looped gifs (as server icons) for some reason, which kinda ruined the idea of most of them.

I'll get around to uploading the file eventually and will close this issue then.
