Hi, I have a question. fdaNorm was mentioned in the paper, 'Per-Channel Basis Normalization Methods for Flow Cytometry Data'. But i can't find the fdaNorm function in flowStats package. Has it been removed? Or has the function been renamed?

I think you should the fdaNorm function has been refactored as warpSet. Take also a look at landmarkMatrix and guassNorm functions. Mike or Greg might give you a better feedback. https://support.bioconductor.org/p/9138974/
