Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, gitlab-fusion uses a system module, Clibssh, to wrap libssh. A different solution might be to use SwiftNIO SSH to get rid of the libssh solution.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to see Clibssh be removed and possibly even SecureShell and both be replaced with SwiftNIO SSH.
