Request for adding CipherOS Thirteen #20

I would like to build CipherOS Version 4.0 for Mi439 But its not a supported branch yet so here is my request

I will distribute the ROM via my device's telegram channel mainly this channel

1900 People have seen my lastest CipherOS 3.8 NOVA build from August 22

I think around 10 people or more have installed this build at least once. The low amount are due to ROM releases here being rather frequent

Sorry for any mistakes in advance! As i am still 11 years old
