[req] process whitelist

Some processes and apps dont work on altsnap and im not sure why. Even just scroll actions, it doesnt work on some apps and games. So I think having the option to whitelist all actions or even select actions for each whitelisted process would be great. This would also override any blacklists.

any blacklist can be turned into a whitelist if you start by the *|* element.
You already have a ton black/whitelist I ma not sure what should be added.
