"Sticky" alt key when CPU load is high

I've noticed that when CPU or CPU+GPU load is high then altsnap "press" alt key and keeps it pressed. This is regardless main modifier key settings or alt+clock antilock setting. It doesn't happen all the time, but very often. To "depress" alt key I need to press physical alt on keyboard.
