windows-build-qt-static.ps1 needs gigabytes on C:\ regardless of install dir #35

windows-build-qt-static.ps1 seems it will temporarily build everything on C:\ before moving everything over to the final destination. this do not play well with people having small SSDs as C:\ and compiling to another drive. should fix that
