This is an old MagicHome RGB+CCT LED controller. I've used it with 12V RGBW led strips and recently decided to look into a way to add it to HomeKit, leading me to play with this firmware.
The board version is MINI-WF-5CH-A _v1.0
It uses ESP8266

A button could be soldered between GPIO0 and GND, enabling physical on/off switch and the ability to easily enter into setup mode (hold for 8 seconds)

There is IR with this controller, however i'm not using this, so I didn't bother trying to make it work.
