Description:
The Realtoken Dashboard offers token holders a comprehensive overview of their held properties. To further enhance the dashboard's functionality and provide a more tailored view, I propose the addition of a "Subsidized Rent" dropdown filter. This filter would allow token holders to easily categorize and view their properties based on their subsidized rent status.

Motivation:

1. Tailored Overview: By incorporating a select dropdown, token holders can conveniently categorize and navigate their properties, enhancing their overview experience.
2. Decision Making: Access to a quick categorization based on subsidized rent can offer insights that might influence future investment decisions or property management strategies for token holders.
3. Enhanced User Experience: A more customized view leads to a streamlined and effective user experience.

Proposed Implementation:

1. Integrate a dropdown menu labeled "Subsidized Rent" into the dashboard's interface.
2. The dropdown should feature the following options:
   • No filtered
   • Fully subsidized
   • Subsidized
   • Not subsidized
3. Once an option is selected, the dashboard should refresh to showcase properties that align with the chosen criteria.
4. Ensure that this dropdown filter works harmoniously with any other existing filters or dashboard functionalities.
