All issues during Kavitha's testing

Lab: 0 to 60

1. oc login -u admin : take out master* , wrong domain
2. amq-streams project is already created..might not need oc new-project
3. topic management lab: need to "exit" out of rsh
4. understanding the eco system
   oc logs -f pod/log-consumer-5d4586bdcd-gm9xp -c log-consumer --tail=-1
   suggest
   oc logs -f pod/ -c log-consumer --tail=-1
5. clients-within-outside-OCP.adoc
   suggestion: put expected outputs for both java programs
6. management-monitoring.adoc
   Save and Test. You should see a 'data source tested' message.
   It should be "data source added" and "datasource is working" messages
   Important: the metrics patterns might not be correct. No data shown in dashboards even though prometheus is reachable fine.
7. Security
   The Yaml is wrong..the cluster name should be production-ready-secure

We are not introducing the Red Hat operators in the labs.
Should we introduce it atleast for some tasks like create topics, create users etc?
