Need to address this control in the Master SCTM:

CRYPTOGRAPHIC MODULE AUTHENTICATION Control: The information system implements mechanisms for authentication to a cryptographic module that meet the requirements of applicable federal laws, Executive Orders, directives, policies, regulations, standards, and guidance for such authentication.
