It would be helpful when a user types an incorrect query because a protein does not exist, the page displays a suggestion to go find that protein in uniprot.
similarly, if they query an incorrect go term that does not exist, display a link to the gene ontology page to find that go term
if a protein exists but there is no connection to the go term, potentially suggest the user to query with a very general go term (biological, molecular, cellular process). or we can produce a list of all the go annotated proteins. i think suggesting a list of the all protein neighbors to the query protein does not make sense because in this case we are assuming there is no connection to the go term
