State of the Interactomes: an evaluation of molecular networks for generating biological insights

This preprint compares and evaluates 46 human protein interaction networks. The networks are available through the Network Data Exchange (NDEx). If we can connect SPRAS to NDEx, we could allow easy access to all of these networks. Alternatively, we can use this study to determine which networks to support.
