Add Encrypted column to Invoice Dashboard

Problem

The Invoice Dashboard doesn't say which requests are encrypted and which ones are not.

Whether or not an invoice is encrypted is important information for the end-user since it relates to the Privacy of their data.

Solution

• Add a column to indicate whether a given request is encrypted.
• Add a label to the Invoice View to indicate whether the request is encrypted.

We can revert this after

• Retrieve encrypted requests without decrypting them. Decrypt later. requestNetwork#1534
• Create _encrypted_ requests by default in Request Invoicing. Change enableEncryption toggle to disableEncryption. #261

We should make the column hidden by default, selectable in the Select Columns drop down.
