Set up a new project internally to GitLab, ingest the GRIB data, and demo.

No details of this will be posted here. Need to capture the task

Code for this project is under wraps, but data are public: https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/data/global-forecast-system/access/historical/analysis/200403/

@aashish24, do we actually need a new deployment for this project or can we just ingest the GRIB data into the main RD-OpenGeo instance since this is for a demo?

The data are ingested in the RD-OpenGeo instance - we just need to update the version of django-rgd-imagery and large_image to preview these data.
