move from firebase to aws

Firebase does this annoying thing where when creating cloud functions, it also creates stuff on storage which they charge for, so even though they say cloud functions are free, they're not.

AWS lambda is free under 50k requests, and since this won't make 50k it's better to just move it there and problem solved
