・ボールのVisionで見えているかどうかの判定
・protoファイルを変更（to_racoonai.proto）→ is_ball_visible を追加
・起動時、見えていない時は（0, 0）に配置する→ハーフコートのときはそれぞれx座標を ±100〜200する
