AOI and Valley Bottoms Become Unavaiable in QGIS When Opening Project

I have been gettting this error with the release of 1.0.8 where AOI and Valley Bottom polygons don't connect to the geopackage when reopening a project.

We changed the underlying feature classes in the project for valley bottoms and AOI's - they are now stored in the sample_frame_features feature class. You will need to update the layer references in saved qgis projects.
