Copy block ref is redundant

The following hotkeys are redundant, I propose we nuke them:

• From Hotkeys
  • Copy block ref
  • Copy block ref as alias
• From Command palette plus
  • Copying block reference - with and without alias

They are standard in Roam now.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like you can change the hotkeys of them currently, which I suspect is a Roam bug.
I suggest we report that as well, and wait to remove them until it is fixed. @dvargas92495

cool with reporting it so that Roam adds it to the menu - let's put up the PR for this and merge when Roam adds the configurable shortcuts
