v1.8 Allow OGG sound files

Previously using the .ogg was not judged to be valid by this program. Since this works without any issues this was corrected.

v1.7 Better empty image checks

A bug was fixed where 'empty' images with a big filesize would actually cause missing HD images to be reported.

• Move menu-osu to the legacy category.
• Add the number of frames in the animation for animated images.
• Add support for both the old and new spinner style. When either is detected files for the other style are ignored and filed under foreign files.
