Recommendation Modes Ask, Architect, Code

Add recommendations which KI would be the best to use for the Default (Ask, Architect, Code) Modes.

For each (Ask, Architect, Code) best with low cost (e.g. Deepseek V3) or best results (e.g. Claude Sonnet 3.5).

Because Modells changing rapid, Update the Default recommendations any time when needed and you giving us a new Version of RooCode.

Mix in the issue of geo-blocking, and how some of the APIs are not routable directly and need alternatives
