Disable insertion of systems prompts relating to functions that are not enabled (ie: MCP)

Noticing a lot of issues with prompt length and when I review the System Prompt, I noticed ~18k of characters related to MCP servers, which I'm not presently using.

Would it be possible to either add an option to NOT include prompts related to functions not being used; or have an option to specifically enable/disable a specific function and only include related prompts if the function is enabled?

Too many buttons. Just found where MCP is disabled entirely.
Though there are still lines in other sections that refer to MCP which could be shaved to reduce prompt space.
