Add temperature for some model

Many models support a temperature option, which allows you to adjust the precision of the responses. However, I couldn't find a place in the configuration to modify this setting.

Cline is coding assistant then by default it hard code to temperature at 0, but chat mode feature has been released, it can make another chat mode like architecture can be more creative
