Hello! FYI your ipynb is missing about half of Open Phil's recent biosecurity commitments. Specifically, they class technical biosecurity work under scientific research, which you are counting as not x-risk currently. They made about $20m of technical biosecurity commitments in 2019, which is a large fraction of total EA x-risk commitments.
