When an ethernet cable is connected to a device that doesn't expose internet (such as forgetting to set shared internet connection under your PC), booting up LithiumX just freezes the system entirely.
I belive this also happens when you bootup with wrong internet settings (IP Address, Gateway and Subnet) compared to what you really need to.

Tested version: 0.9.4 on retail xbox
