Repeatation of "Welcome to Metro App" Intro

Describe the bug

The "Welcome to the Metro App" Introduction pages that appear after the splash screen

1. is not removed from the widget tree after the user has moved past it
2. also it reappears every time the user opens the app

Expected Behaviour

1. It should be removed from the widget tree
2. It should appear only when the user has opened the app for the first time

Yes we did find this issue while using the app.
