Нет подключения к БД #33

Появилась проблема:
При запуске сервера все успешно подключается , но через определенное время слетает соединение с бд .
В LogDataBase вот такое сообщение

L 08/14/2018 - 16:20:45: [materialadmin.smx] ConnectBd Query Failed: [2013]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111
L 08/14/2018 - 16:20:45: [materialadmin.smx] ConnectBd: no

В еррор логах 1 сообщение:
L 08/25/2018 - 12:36:00: [SM] Exception reported: Script execution timed out
