This encompasses 2-ish things:

We want to have the calculators and things needed to get these calculated and into CAF files. I think this is largely as included in #417 (most of the file names line up, anyway, with what I see in the tarball from Gray.)

As in @sjgardiner comment in that PR for develop I would think we will need a build enabling e20 of the g4reweight as well for this... @jedori0228 and I already reached out to Steven over Slack to put this on his radar.

Also might require updates to sbndata per the talk this morning in the Osc Meeting!

I think this would be the relevant info from sbndata looking at Gray's tar: SBNSoftware/sbndata#7

Leaving this as backlog since even if I think most parts are here we'd still need the e20 build for the tag of geant4reweight
