This issue comes from the GeoDCAT-AP 3.0.0 pilot.

In the RDF schema:startDate is there twice after the transformation.

Actually, it is once as schema:startDate and once as dcat:startDate, which has to do with the change from DCAT 1 to DCAT 2. We could remove the DCAT1 version, if there is consensus.
