There are about 30 SIMPLE sources in Gaia with radial velocities. They could be ingested. The ingest script was started in #253 but ran into snags.

Adding that script into the scripts/ingests/Gaia folder in #475

Could also refactor ingest_parallaxes to ingest_parallax

We have ingested many EDR3 parallaxes and all literature parallaxes from the Ultracool sheet (#527). Also, @Exu-112 has refactored ingest_parallax. Thus, this issue is closed and superseded by #531 .
