The BONES archive doesn't seem to have references for Gaia, 2MASS, WISE, etc. photometry. What should the references be?

Can you pause on the current PR that is ingesting photometry and start with one that only ingests the sources? Or all of the sources already in SIMPLE? I think the first PR for BONES should just be sources.
