功能建议

基于 Web API 实现一个简单的后台管理网页。

需求：

  • 通过私聊获取一个带 Token 的地址访问操作
  • 批量修改订阅列表信息
  • 支持在线修改配置（将无视 .env.*），并热加载实时应用
