Nothing happens when tapping on links with "target = _blank" on iOS #131

When tapping on links with "target = _blank" on iOS, nothing happens. This is because WkWebViewRenderer by default blocks links with "target = _blank". This should be handled in this plugin.

Is there any workaround for this because I think this project is DEAD?
