Isolation Mutilation checks should suggest fix of adding missing columns #149

Describe the bug

There is code to detect missing columns but no code to add them automatically:

Expected behavior
A proposedFix of "add missing column X" should be given by the ICheckNotifier and acted upon by adding the column
