Implement optional execution of multiple circuits in each job in Qiskit version #33

Qiskit provides the ability to execute multiple circuits in a single job. By putting multiple circuits in one job and executing multiple jobs, we can radically improve the throughput.
Note: this feature is not implemented for many backends.
It appears to be implemented only for the IBM backends currently
