♻️ API | Change weekly leaderboard from current week to previous 7 days

Pain

Currently the leaderboard is set to show week as current week, month as current month, and year as current year. This means the leaderboard resets on a new week/month/year.

What code could be improved?

The weekly leaderboard should be updated to instead go by the previous 7 days.
Note: The monthly and yearly leaderboards should not use the same logic - they should be current month and current year
